I had no trouble getting everything approved through my insurance and I didn't even need a CT scan to find my haller index. The whole process was very smooth from my first consultation, all the way through my post surgery visit. I spent about 5 days in the hospital, which really wasn't to bad. I had an epidural which took care of most of the pain, so I was virtually pain free for 3 days, other then a lot of pressure on my chest. Cosmetic outcome I would say is near perfect, and I would say my breathing has improved.
