I think I started back to the gym in a very limited fashion about 4-5 weeks after my second procedure. I'm about 8 weeks out now and lifted fairly heavy (about half my usual) last weekend. I may have overdone it when I did low row though because my right side hurts when I bend down. It feels like the bar is slipping a bit and when I sit up it rights itself. It may just be a pulled muscle or tissue, but that's the only way I can explain how it feels.

This actually started after I did one-sided bench press. I only had one weight at home, so I pushed it up with one arm.
