Where does the money go?

The Pectus Awareness and Support Foundation is a federally recognized non-profit 501(c)(3). All donations and membership fees are tax deductible under IRC Section 170.

100% of the net proceeds go towards promotion of Pectus Awareness:
  1. Facebook and Google ads or promotions that bring people to learn about PE and PC (many people still do not know that Pectus causes health issues and is treatable)
  2. Facebook ads targeting pediatricians with links back to articles explaining the physical complications of pectus.
  3. Webinar fees for our surgeon webinar and Live Q&A sessions.
  4. Creating a pectus awareness brochure that can be printed and given to physicians and pediatricians to educate them on the newest advancements.

The website's software, hosting, maintenance and support is donated by the Founder of the Foundation, Adam Parker (iPectus).

Per federal law, our financial reporting Form 990 is available to the public at any time - just ask.
